Maharishi's AW25 collection introduced two innovative new DPM, which are core features of Maha’s seasonal creative output.
The first, DPM: Bonsai Tigerstripe, is a reworking of the DPM: Tigerstripe, a pattern originally worn by the Vietnamese ARVN, inspired by the former French coloniser’s lizard pattern, that was later adopted by U.S. advisors and special forces. Maharishi has introduced Aum symbols and elements of nature including Bonsai trees growing from heavenly clouds to the original abstract disruptive pattern, reflecting its peaceful standpoint and philosophical grounding.
The second, DPM: Reflective Sparse Bonsai reimagines camouflage as art, merging the signature Bonsai Tigerstripe pattern with reflective bonsai motifs.
